John Ward

John Ward has worked in the Irish Fishing Industry since 1975 and has experience in Industrial Purchasing, Manufacturing, logistics, Business Development, Marketing, Sales and Service. He commenced his career with Burtonport Fishermens Cooperative Society in 1975 and joined Campbell Seafoods in 1976 and moved to Killybegs as their Production Manager in1981. He was appointed General Manager of Polar Fish Ltd in Killybegs in 1992 and continued in that role until 2004. He joined D&O Seafoods in Burtonport in 2004 as General Manager and joined IFPO in July 2006.He was appointed CEO of IFPO in November 2019.
